A multiple-vehicle collision killed three people and injured at least one at Almeda and West Orem in southwest Houston on Sunday morning, according to police. A caller reported the crash at 1:18 a.m., and up to five vehicles were involved, police said, adding that two of the victims died at the scene, and a third died at the hospital.

A man has died in a one-car crash on the M48 in Monmouthshire.

The other two people declined transport.
