In the early hours of Sunday, Elon Musk’s SpaceX sent a Falcon 9 rocket carrying 18 different satellites into space on a mission it’s calling Bandwagon-4. One of these satellites was Haven Demo, a test satellite designed to help Vast Space—a U.S.-based aerospace company—prepare for the launch of Haven-1, a privately owned space station.

"Haven Demo will test critical systems for Haven-1, including propulsion, flight computers and navigation software."

SpaceX is targeting Sunday, November 2 at 1:09 a.m. ET for a Falcon 9 launch of the Bandwagon-4 mission to orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
