BATH TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A victim in a shooting during a party Sunday at an Airbnb that left nine people injured has been released from the hospital, police say. At least three people have been released from the hospital since the shooting. Police said the victim released Tuesday is an adult, but offered no other details.

At least nine people were injured, including juveniles, early Sunday when gunfire erupted at a large birthday party at an Airbnb rental house in a suburb of Akron, Ohio.

Bath Township turned to social media on Nov. 4 to remind residents that short-term rentals are prohibited in the community. This comes just two days after a shooting at large gathering at an Airbnb rental in the township left nine people hurt.

The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) is assisting Bath Police Department in examining the scene and identifying any possible suspects. Multiple shell casings were recovered inside the home, primarily on the first floor. This shooting follows an incident in July 2017 at another Bath Township Airbnb party, Sinopoli said.
